The shelf feels rock solid with its 2″ thickness and high-quality MDF construction, which gives me confidence in its durability.
Visually, the shelf is sleek and modern, seamlessly blending into my living space. The black finish adds a touch of elegance, making it perfect for any room. I appreciate the thoughtful design, including the little stickers to cover the visible screws underneath, which enhances its clean look.
However, I did find that the included drywall anchors were not as sturdy as I would have liked. I opted to use my own, more robust anchors to ensure the shelf was securely mounted. Additionally, while the brackets are adequate, I agree with other reviewers that a slightly sturdier bracketing system would be an improvement.
