These floating shelves from AMADA HOMEFURNISHING are a fantastic addition to any room needing a bit of extra storage or decorative space. The versatility of these shelves is impressive; they can be mounted in various settings such as a bathroom, bedroom, living room, or even a hallway. Made from MDF with a matte white finish, they offer a clean and modern look.
Installation was relatively straightforward, although it does require drilling five holes which might increase the chances of hitting a stud. I chose to use only four holes, which still provided a solid hold for my needs. The shelves come with all the necessary hardware, including anchors, though the quality of these could be slightly improved as one of mine shattered during installation.
Once mounted, these shelves feel sturdy and can support up to 20lbs, making them perfect for holding books, decorative items, or small plants. The invisible metal brackets provide a seamless look, enhancing the aesthetic appeal. The shelves are lightweight, which initially raised some concerns about durability, but they seem to be holding up well so far.
