These Alsonerbay Corner Shelf Wall Mounts are a fantastic addition to any room. The set of three shelves, crafted from paulownia wood, provides a practical and lightweight solution for extra storage and display. Their rustic design adds a touch of warmth to my living space, perfectly complementing my existing decor.
The installation process was straightforward, thanks to the pre-drilled holes and included hardware. However, the supplied anchors and screws were not of the highest quality. I had to replace them with my own to ensure a secure fit. Once mounted, the shelves felt sturdy and stable, handling the weight of my items well within the 39.6 lbs capacity.
One aspect to note is that these shelves come in three different sizes, which wasn’t immediately obvious to me at first. Despite this, they all fit nicely into the corner and provided ample space for my decorations and small plants. The shelves must be used in a 90° corner, and it’s important to keep them in a dry area to prevent water damage, as they are quite matte and could be prone to such issues.
The finish on the shelves is rustic and slightly rough, which adds to their charm but does make them a bit more challenging to dust. They do lack a smooth, polished surface, which some might prefer for easier maintenance. Despite this, the dark brown color is rich and inviting, adding a lovely rustic touch to my room.
Overall, these shelves are beautiful and functional, adding much-needed storage and display space to my living area. Just be prepared to use some of your own hardware for a more secure installation and keep them out of damp areas to maintain their appearance and longevity.
