These Fixwal Black Floating Shelves are an excellent addition to any room in the house! They are incredibly multi-functional, providing ample storage space for various items. Whether you need to organize kitchen spices, bathroom toiletries, or display plants and collectibles in the living room, these shelves have you covered.
Assembly was a breeze, thanks to the clear installation manual and pre-drilled holes. The included bubble level was particularly handy, although it helps to tape it to a ruler for more precise leveling, as one user suggested. The brackets are very sturdy and secure when properly anchored into drywall, ensuring the shelves can hold a substantial amount of weight.
I was particularly impressed by the quality of the wood and its luxurious slight wood grain texture, which adds a touch of elegance to my décor. The additional MDF storage basket is a smart feature, providing extra space specifically for bathroom essentials like toilet paper and sanitary wipes.
One minor downside is that the weight capacity is somewhat limited. Heavy items like a Nest Hub Max may cause the brackets to bend, so it’s best to use these shelves for lighter items. However, they are perfectly sturdy for most decorative and functional purposes.
