Great Floating Shelves with Minor Caveats
The floating shelves have a beautiful rustic and modern design that seamlessly blends into any room. The natural wood grain finish and matte surface give them a high-quality look, and they arrived well-packaged with no scratches, just as other users have noted.
Installation was mostly straightforward with the provided instructions and hardware. My experience echoes that of those who found the process easy to follow. The shelves feel sturdy once mounted, and the included anchors and brackets are generally reliable. However, I did encounter some issues with the screws and drywall anchors. A couple of screw heads broke off during installation, and I had to use a larger drill bit to accommodate the anchors properly. This seems to be a recurring issue based on other reviews.
Once installed, the shelves provide ample space and can hold a decent amount of weight, although I would recommend using additional supports if you plan to store heavier items. Two out of the four shelves I installed were slightly uneven, but the company was quick to respond and offered a full refund for the defective units. Their customer service is top-notch and very responsive, which is a big plus.
